The Company successfully completed the teleconferences with the Sales Network

The teleconferences of the Company with the Insurance Agents of the Sales Network were successfully completed through a special digital platform, taking place from January 14 to January 27, 2021.

More than 2,000 Insurance Agents of the Company attended the teleconferences that had as main topic the review of fiscal year 2020, the objectives and priorities of 2021 and the ways for their achievement.

The Chief Executive Officer of the Company, Mr. Chris Georgakopoulos, made the introductory speech in every teleconference and presented the distinguished course of the Company, which has been active over the past 43 years in the Insurance Market. He presented the growth of the figures of European Reliance General Insurance Co. S.A., especially of the SCR Solvency Ratio and highlighted that the continuous success of the Company has always been based on the principles of Integrity, Consistency, Industriousness and Prudent Management. These principles will be the Company’s guide for the achievement of its new objectives.

In his speech, Mr. Georgakopoulos presented the 2021 strategic objectives and the ways for their achievement, inviting the Insurance Agents of the Company in a conscious agreement to achieve: improvement of the income of the Insurance Agents, nomination of European Reliance General Insurance Co. S.A. as a leading Insurance Company and provision of high quality services to the society for the total assurance of goods, such as their Income, Family, Property and Quality of Life.

The Sales Directors of the Company presented the objectives and challenges that the insurance agents have to face, along with the support that the Company provides to them, to be able to successfully implement their objectives.

More specifically, the Sales Directors presented the new training programs that aim to provide excellent training to every Insurance Intermediary, modern communication methods, a result of the digital transformation of the Company that will assist the Insurance Agents in their communication with the customers through modern channels for the promotion of the products, and a variety of motives and benefits for the improvement of their income. 

The teleconferences ended with the commitment that European Reliance will continue to grow only through its Insurance Intermediaries and will always stay close to its Insurance Agents, providing modern programs, constant briefing and training seminars, strengthening its position as a leading force in the Insurance Sector.
